On-site, there is a large commercial kitchen in the complex with eight ovens, generously stocked with whatever you may need to prepare daily meals, including multiple toasters, kettles, sandwich makers, rice cookers, blenders, preparation tables, microwaves, pots, pans, plates/cutlery, etc.
We also have a gymnasium with all the “Precor” equipment. Our TV/Movie Common Room allows you to mingle with residents. There is a significantly “chill” outdoor balcony city-view area, in-ground pool, other relaxation areas, quiet study area, commercial laundry, secure car parking and 24-hour security/concierge.

Which documents do I need before I check in?
Checking in is a breeze! All you need is your passport or other photo ID like a driver’s license, the first week’s rent if you haven’t paid it beforehand (cash or card accepted).
What if I arrive before check-in time?
You can check in at 2 pm. If you arrive before check-in, we may be still working to get your room ready for you. However, you’re more than welcome to wait in our common area and make some new friends until your room is all set up.
What do I need to bring with me when I move in?
We will provide you with bedding and a pillow. Our kitchens are fully equipped with all the utensils you need, including pots, pans, glassware, knives, and forks. You will also have access to vacuums and cleaning products to keep your room clean. If you prefer, we can also arrange for our professional housekeepers to clean your room at an extra discounted fee. All you need to bring are your clothes, towels, and toiletries.

However, it’s important to remember that the sun can be intense in summer, so remember to pack sunscreen and a hat.
